What is an Escape Room?
An escape room is a real interactive game where your team must work together to discover clues, solve puzzles and overcome challenges to unlock the final door of the adventure!
Will we be locked in the room?
No. We do not lock the door to any of the rooms. You are always able to leave for any reason.
Are the rooms private? Can another group join us?
All of our rooms are booked privately, so you always get to decide exactly who plays with you! We never place other groups in the same room as you.
How long is the experience?
Your team will have 60 minutes to make your escape. The entire experience will take up to an hour and a half.
How many people can play per room?
We recommend a maximum of 8 players per room, but the rooms can hold up to 10 players if you have a larger group. For more than 10 players, please contact us with any inquiries and we’ll be happy to help.
Are your rooms bilingual?
All of our rooms are available in English only at this time. Please make a note when booking and we will do our best to dedicate a bilingual game host. However, this is not guaranteed.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your experience, you can do so at any time by contacting us directly. We require 24 hours notice to receive a full refund of any pre-paid bookings or deposits.
What if we have a large group?

Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?
We do our best to design rooms that are physically accessible to everyone (full-sized doors, no crawlspaces, etc) however please note that we are on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator.
Are any of the rooms scary?
